Dan Hancock, Attorney at Law Charles "Dan" Hancock is a Partner with Hancock, Lane & Barrett, PLLC.

Over the past ten years Mr. Hancock has focused his practice on Federal and State criminal trial practice and appellate advocacy. He also handles personal injury, domestic relations, and civil rights matters. Mr. Hancock has also represented clients before many State Boards and Agencies - including Arkansas Medical Board, Private Investigator Board, Pharmacy Board, Bail Bond Licensing Board, Department of Human Services, Arkansas state Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors, and the Arkansas Psychology Board.

Mr. Hancock is licensed to practice in all Arkansas State and Federal Courts. Mr. Hancock is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He grew up in White Hall, Arkansas, and spent six years in the United States Navy as an enlisted Hospital Corpsman. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida. Mr. Hancock received his Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Mr. Hancock is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski and Lonoke County Bar. He is also a member of the Arkansas and National Associations of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
